Repeatable, high-confidence paths from portfolio planning to on-market management tailored to your size, stage, organization and culture
Phases of product lifecycle management (PLM)
↻ Learnings & freed resources reinvested
There are understandable reasons why growth-phase life science firms put product lifecycle management frameworks on the back burner. Fundraising, preserving a startup culture, and riding early momentum are often higher priorities. It's easy to punt this kind of infrastructure down the road as a "tomorrow problem."
So why address it sooner?
We partner with maturing life sciences companies to build custom-tailored product lifecycle management frameworks that support your next phase of growth without adding unnecessary overhead. Core focus areas include:

Workflows that bring key stakeholders across the organization together on an annual or bi-annual basis to ideate, vet and align on a multi-year product plan.

Clear, but flexible constructs that serve to coordinate your teams, manage risk and ensure high-confidence decision-making from concept to market.

Ongoing stewardship of on-market products, from market landscape monitoring, performance reviews, forecast modeling, and product updates to end-of-life.
"Listen-first, people-first"
Processes exist to serve people, not the reverse. Lasting traction requires the wisdom of the team that knows your business best. We start by understanding who you are, how your teams operate, the risks you anticipate, and the "special sauce" that makes your company unique. From there, we co-develop solutions tailored to your team, size, and culture, and designed to grow as you do.
The mark of a successful outcome isn't rigid process mechanics. It is a team that feels heard, empowered, and equipped to scale with confidence.
Whether you're building your first roadmap or scaling processes that are starting to strain, I'd welcome a conversation.
About
Founder and Principal
After completing my doctoral work in pharmacogenomics, I began a 20+ year life sciences career in San Diego. I quickly learned the nuts and bolts of product lifecycle management—and the critical role these processes play in turning promising science into real-world impact. I've since had the privilege of being mentored by exceptional leaders and the opportunity to take the lead in building, refining, and scaling operational PLM frameworks that produce results.
